Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Ability to interpret and work from complicated drawings, blueprints, worksheets, equipment manuals and other related documents.

-Most equipment is new, not all

•Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of manufacturing and facility equipment.

Overview of the types of equipment in the plant:

-Automatic hingers

-Upright panel saws

-Small routers

-Stretch wrappers

-Conveyors

-Drawer assembly machines- proprietary

-Carboard cutting (creates boxes)

-Manual assembly

Skills:

allen bradley plc, siemens plc, industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, hydraulic system, pneumatics, conveyor system, 3 phase wiring, micrometer, calipers, gages, precision measuring tools, microsoft excel

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
