A Forms Compliance Analyst/ Content Management Associate is responsible for the acquisition, design, and approval for the full line of ATX, TaxWise and other Services products. Activities include learning the full line of ATX and TaxWise products; managing customer requests; acquiring and designing new forms for tax software; identifying and implementing changes to existing forms; updating database information based on those changes, researching state specifications, and attaching files to the appropriate location in the Forms Database, and securing approval for forms from federal and state agencies.

Essential Duties:

• Successfully complete multiple weeks of extensive training

• Learning and using ATX and TaxWise standards

• Efficiently use our internal system tools to complete tasks

• Acquiring tax forms and tax information from various tax agencies

• Verifying the revision of forms and publications

• Designing tax forms in a spreadsheet/Excel like environment to match state and federal tax forms

• Reading and following state/federal specifications

• Proofing forms to ensure they match the state/federal forms

• Return preparation with software for approval submission

• Obtain approval (from state/federal agencies) for reproduction of forms for incorporation into our tax software

• Identifying and communicating errors or system issues

• Working with team to meet goals

• Accurately log the status of approval forms into the database

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• College Degree a plus but not required

• At least 1 year of general office experience

• Ability to type 35 wpm with a high degree of accuracy

• Experience working in a team environment

• Basic office and organizational skills

• Good decision making skills and the ability to work under deadlines

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and changing environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Proficient computer knowledge with Windows and basic Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

• Adobe Acrobat and Lotus Notes experience a plus

• Ability to work overtime as required to meet business objectives
