Main responsibility is sitting at the front of the building to greet people as they come in the door after confirming appointment on schedule. Notifying the host after visitor has signed in & received a visitor's pass. Ensuring temperature has been checked by directing them to the station. Also in charge of some of the supplies for the laboratory (i.e. printer toner, labels, supply closet inventory), adding purchase orders to the system (using Net Suite) & handling some billing. They may have to go to the store & will be using the company car.
