Technical Warranty Service Representative

Description:
• Answer questions and address customer concerns and complaints regarding possible product deficiencies.
• Determine necessary measures to address warranty issues.
• Arrange field repairs.
• Work with Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality departments to review and analyze warranty issues.
• Communicate with Branch, Dealer, National Account and Independent Service Providers on a daily basis.
• Communicate with and maintain professional relationships with suppliers, supplier / customer investigators and customers on an as needed basis.
• Answer questions from branches, dealers, customers and independent service providers regarding warranty issues.
• Handle warranty problems and questions received by department.
• Partners with customers to address customer issues whether warranty or Customer Support.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: 1-3 years’ experience working in a similar warranty services position, or 5+ years of experience in a hands-on, technical troubleshooting position and at least 1 year of experience in a professional office position
• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
