TEKsystems is seeking entry level IT Service Desk Specialists in support of a large DoD contract on Oahu. If you currently have an active CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification, we would be happy to speak with you about this opportunity. The position does require a secret clearance (interim secret at minimum). TEKsystems is open to sponsoring your clearance upon having a conversation to confirm your ability to gain and retain a secret clearance.
Technical support, Help desk, Troubleshooting, Windows 10, Active directory, Office 365, Hardware, Ticketing system
In this role you will be:
Resolving technical problems and answers queries by telephone or self-service ticket in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems.
Diagnosing, identifying, isolating, and analyzing problems utilizing historical database records.
Routing calls to product line specialists, application, or system support specialists.
Alert management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.
