Administrative Assistant to work in our Health Management Operations department through 1/31/2022. We are looking for someone with effective verbal and written communication skills. Temp must be able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision, learn new tasks quickly and retain information. Must be self-directed and work well under tight deadlines. Good attendance is required. The temp will need to have a, cell phone, laptop (or PC), and stable internet connection. Due to the sensitivity of the information being worked on, please also make sure that the temp has a private area to work in. The temp will need to come into the office the first few weeks for training and then 3 – 5 days per month afterwards. Primary duties: • Assist Travel Coordinators with the intake and processing of travel (air and ground) requests for QI members participating in HCS. • Provide phone support with the HCS Intake Line. • Enter travel requests in Salesforce. • Verify medical appointments with provider offices. • Arrange travel with vendors. • Confirm travel arrangements with members. • Other duties as assigned
