Digital Consultant – Online & Mobile Banking Support


  • Location: Honolulu, HI 96813
  • Contract: 6 months
  • Pay: $20–$25/hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Consultant to provide exceptional phone and chat support for a financial institution’s online and mobile banking platforms. This role focuses on assisting customers with technical issues, product navigation, and digital service utilization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service via phone and chat
  • Troubleshoot login issues, password resets, and transaction errors
  • Guide users through online registration and mobile app setup
  • Provide accurate information on digital banking products and services
  • Escalate complex issues in accordance with department procedures
  • Support off-phone tasks such as manual enrollments, auditing, and follow-ups

Areas of Support Include:

  • Core system conversion inquiries
  • Access authentication and security issues
  • eStatements, internal transfers, mobile app support
  • Billing research and digital service troubleshooting

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Tech-savvy with proficient computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and researching solutions
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
  • Familiarity with general office equipment
