Job Title: Distribution Associate – 2nd Shift ($19.00/hr)

Location: Bettendorf, IA

11:30AM-8PM // M-F

Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Distribution Associate, where you’ll play a key role in streamlining our growing distribution operations. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit orders for accuracy
• Ensure products meet customer specifications
• Pack products for shipment and prepare orders for delivery
• Ship orders promptly to designated customer locations
• Inspect products to maintain quality standards
• Collect cardboard and operate the compactor for recycling
• Sort and count parts to maintain inventory accuracy

Essential Skills

• Experience in inventory management
• Proficiency in packing and order picking
• Knowledge of production and packaging processes
• Skills in shipping and receiving

Additional Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to count and label products accurately

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bettendorf, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
