Description:
-Prepare documents, presentations, reports, memos, letters, spreadsheets, etc.
-Support project teams with plan preparation, bid support, and distribution management.
-Greet visitors upon arrival while ensuring security procedures and protocols are followed for onsite visitors and vendors entering the building.
-Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and support daily administrative requirements
-Communicate professionally and effectively through various forms of written correspondence (i.e., letter, email, memorandum) across all levels within organization.
-Maintain office and project files and filing systems.
-Plan activities, events, projects, and other business-related functions.
-Administer new member activities including on-boarding, and integration.
-Support mailroom/shipping. May include processing incoming and outgoing mail, delivering mail, and preparing packages for shipping.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office administrative role / customer service
- Must have a high level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; accurate data entry and strong proofreading skills
