Communicate effectively to customers through phone, email and chat correspondence
Update internal systems with customer information, process payments, and opening of correct workflows for more complex issues to be resolved by team.
Provide credit and financial counseling of past due and overdrawn accounts in accordance with established lending guidelines, and state and federal regulations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1+ year customer service (can be food service/retail)
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast pace and changing environment.
Ability to work independently.
Accuracy and attention to detail required.
