Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Job Description
Ensure that project information is reviewed and documented on a consistent basis including subcontracts, purchase orders, and approval of payable statements. Document project changes and correspondence through RFI’s, submittals, ASI’s, change orders, email, and mail correspondence. Monitor and control the buyout progress and monthly progress reports to ensure that financial reporting is accurate. Ensure profit objectives are met by ensuring schedules and budgets are achieved. Estimate new projects accurately. Communicate with owners and designers on upcoming potential opportunities.
