Architectural Designer

An architecture firm headquartered in California is currently hiring for an Architectural Designer. This position will be a remote opportunity based in Boise, ID, with collaboration across teams in California. This position does not support relocation, and candidates must reside in or near Boise, ID upon applying. This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in architectural design, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in light industrial, fire station, and multifamily townhouse projects.

Pay– (Depending on years of experience, tenure, software proficiency, relevant project types…etc.)

Location– Boise, ID (Remote)

Schedule– Standard Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)

(Responsibilities)

• Develop construction documents and permit sets from schematic design through construction.
• Conduct code research and ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with the project team to deliver high-quality, cost-effective designs.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

(Qualification Requirements)

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design (preferably in a small firm environment).
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes and construction methods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• (Preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Experience with industrial, fire station, and multifamily project types.

• Less than 5 years of relevant architectural design experience.
