Production Associate – C Shift (Electronics Manufacturing)
Location: Nampa, ID
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our C Shift team, working every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This role supports electronic manufacturing operations and is ideal for candidates with experience in assembly, soldering, or mechanical tasks. Entry‑level applicants with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply — full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Support production operations to meet customer deadlines and quality standards
- Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging
- Assemble components by hand (e.g., connecting hoses) with accuracy and attention to detail
- Follow established production policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Maintain awareness of production goals, metrics, and quality expectations
- Seek approval for any process deviations and operate within defined guidelines
Essential Skills & Abilities
- Experience in assembly, soldering, or mechanical work
- Proficiency in electronic assembly and use of hand tools
- Basic computer skills, including navigation, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Strong work attitude, flexibility, and willingness to assist other departments
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of related manufacturing or production experience (preferred, not required)
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work plans
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work effectively in a team and cross‑functional environment
- High attention to detail and ability to learn new tasks quickly

Work Environment & Schedule

- Ability to sit or stand throughout the shift (standing required at times)
- Light industrial and general assembly work
- Minimal lifting requirements (10–15 lbs)
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
