Job Description
Join a dynamic team as a Production Associate, where you'll play a key role in supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks. The role involves assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment and working under close supervision.
Responsibilities
- Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.
- Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
- Operate within established policies and procedures, seeking approval for deviations.
- Use hand tools and electronic assembly skills to assemble components.
- Ensure quality standards are met by monitoring work and escalating issues when necessary.
- Meet individual throughput goals and deliver work that eliminates scrap or rework.
Essential Skills
- Previous experience in electronic manufacturing, including through-hole or surface mount soldering.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Basic computer skills including navigation, basic Excel for documentation, and Outlook experience.
- Ability to sit or stand for the duration of a 10-hour shift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
- One or more years of related experience preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to learn and complete different tasks frequently.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Work Environment
This is a light industrial/general assembly environment where you will lift no more than 10-15 lbs. The work setting consists of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level. The A shift schedule is every other Wednesday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 6 am to 6 pm, where you have the option to either sit or stand, though standing will be required at times.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
