Job Summary
We are immediately hiring General Production Workers to perform simple, repetitive welding tasks on thermoplastic composite materials in a clean aerospace manufacturing environment. This role involves standing for long hours and working independently to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate fixed-track iron to weld composite materials into finished rolls
- Perform touch-ups using handheld tools
- Inspect products for quality and defects
- Follow safety and production procedures
- Complete repetitive tasks while meeting daily targets
- Assist with basic production, packaging, and material handling
Requirements
- Experience in production, assembly, or general labor preferred
- Ability to perform repetitive work and stand 8–10 hours
- Good attention to detail and vision for inspection
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic hand tool experience
Work Environment
- Clean, organized aerospace facility
- Use of modern equipment (welders, ovens, presses, etc.)
- Fast-paced, repetitive work at a stationary workstation

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
