Job Description
Join a dynamic team where you'll weld composite materials using a heat steaming iron. The role involves welding these materials into rolls, primarily using an iron/welder fixed on a track. Occasionally, you'll use a handheld iron for touch-ups. This position requires standing in place throughout the day and involves simple, repetitive tasks.
Responsibilities
- Operate an iron/welder fixed on a track to weld composite materials.
- Perform touch-ups using a handheld iron when necessary.
- Stand in a stationary position for extended periods, completing repetitive tasks.
- Meet production goals and maintain a high standard of quality with minimal supervision.
- Adapt to learning different departments and assist wherever needed.
Essential Skills
- Prior experience in manufacturing with repetitive tasks such as assembly or line work.
- Ability to work independently and focus on tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and quality, with good vision.
- Experience meeting production goals and working autonomously.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles as needed.
- Ability to work on feet for long periods (8-10 hours) in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attendance, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of POST FALLS, ID.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
