I. Job Summary
Stericycle has a challenging career opportunity available at the Corporate HQ in Bannockburn, IL for a highly motivated Financial Analyst Senior to support the company. This role will provide planning, forecasting and month end support for on-going operations as well as support ad hoc analysis and projects.

Pay: The expected base pay range for this hybrid position is $119,460 - $130,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Business Partners to analyze current and historical business trends, consolidates the financial results and provides the narratives to key business stakeholders
- Assists in development of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages and presentations for the Executive Leadership team and Board of Directors
- Assists with Investor Relations financial analysis and actively participates in earnings preparation
- Performs forecasting, long-range planning and budget activities
- Drives process improvements to ensure data quality and reporting standards for both financial and non-financial information
- Executes on initiatives that create value through cost management, process improvements, and/or that improve the quality of deliverables to stakeholders
- Supports potential ad-hoc analysis as requested, including project business cases/ IRR/NPV analysis
- Participates on and/or leads cross-functional teams
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
A. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Financial Analyst experience
- MBA and/or CPA, a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Licenses and Required Competencies: - CPA Preferred
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, with a strong attention to detail and follow up
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, meet or exceed deadlines and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner and to interface effectively with all levels of the company
- Ability to effectively communicate financial results and the impact of proposed business decisions
- Ability to identify problems and areas of improvement and suggest possible causes and solutions
- Strong presentation and communication techniques - verbal and written
- Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills and advanced knowledge of excel
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and SAP, a plus
