Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Description

As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of managing daily operations of biomedical and/or social-behavioral research studies. This role involves enrolling and consenting patients, working closely with data teams, and ensuring strict adherence to protocols. You will schedule patient visits, coordinate meetings with physicians, and manage the conduct of experimental tests and procedures. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring study performance, analyzing results, and supervising the development and implementation of new protocols. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including sponsors and other external stakeholders, to ensure the completion of study activities per protocol. Managing data flow, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and enhancing project processes are also key aspects of this position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Chicago, Illinois.

Work Environment

The work environment consists of a structured team hierarchy under the director of oncology. The team includes Clinical Research Managers, Project Managers, CRC Leads, CRCs, and Data Coordinators. You will be part of a large team with approximately 60 CRCs divided across different subspecialties, alongside 10 Data Coordinators and 15 Regulatory staff, all split between various subspecialties.
