Description:
Answering high volume calls while providing exceptional customer service.
Contractor will assist with servicing clients by responding to inquiries about the bank's products and services.
Contractor’s Role: Communicates with retirees regarding products and services.
Skills:
1+ years of call center experience within a financial institution (Think Big Financial corps: BNY Mellon, Citi Bank, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo, BMO, JPMC, Chubb, PNC, Bank of America, UBS,)
Excellent Communication, Need to be professional and well spoken.
Experience in client servicing environment, taking back to back phone calls is a huge plus.
Good writing and typing skills.
Ability to learn multiple computer applications to complete work.
Internet savvy would be helpful to help retirees setup and navigate online application.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
Patient and understanding attitude to work with an older population. Understanding that they will be dealing with calls from retirees, some people they work with might not be in the best of health or have challenges, must be very polite/courteous.
Stable Internet Connection and the ability to hard wire into a router/modem to work remotely is required.
Work Enviornment and Hours:
Fully Remote Opportunity
Monday-Friday Work hours: The call center is open 7 am to 6 pm CT. Schedules will be 8 hours and determined once onboarded and vary based on business need. Contractors can live/work anywhere in US.
