Description:
-Comfortable taking some phone calls (Inbound and outbound), including customer questions related to fueled cars. Communicate with customers via email, about 100 emails/day.
-Handles driver/fleet inquires and problems.
-Have a clear understanding of client specific needs.
-Use call tracking for all calls received.
-Analyze driver phone calls and watch for trends.
-Log all calls for metric purposes.
-Keep average talk time at 2.5 minutes or lower.
-Calls various oil companies when necessary.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Skills & Qualifications:
-Recent customer service experience within an office
-At least 6 months in a call center environment
-Experience answering a high volume of incoming phone calls and emails
-Strong communication and phone presence
-Computer and typing skills
