Job Description
The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of all machinery, equipment, and systems. This position is responsible for conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, performing repairs, assisting in the implementation of preventative maintenance programs, and evaluating current plant systems to make improvements. The Maintenance Technician is an essential part of the plant's operations, contributing to overall production efficiency, safety, and quality.
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery using schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering specs.
- Implement preventative maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
- Identify root causes of technical issues and develop smart solutions.
- Recommend process improvements and equipment upgrades to boost efficiency.
- Maintain plant infrastructure to ensure a safe, productive environment.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Hands-on skills in fabrication, machining, and welding.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
- PLC troubleshooting and programming experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $79000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
