Job Title: Office Administration Assistant
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of recent administrative or related Office Experience
- Data Entry experience and Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Minimum of High School Diploma/GED completed but Associate Degree or higher preferred
Hours/Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
Monday through Friday
8am to 5pm with an hour for lunch (can also be 8am-4:30pm if they take a half hour for lunch)

As an Office Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our office operations, assisting visitors, managing communications, and supporting the HR department. Your contribution will ensure our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Manage office operations by maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate staff members.
Assist in the preparation and process of regularly scheduled reports.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing.
Support HR with administrative tasks, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
