Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate, where you will play a crucial role in handling returned products for repair. You will be responsible for scanning, tearing down, cleaning, and repackaging products, while entering information into our computer system. You'll be supported by Visual Aides that guide your tasks, which change depending on the products you work with. Additionally, in the Build Lab, you will test basic electrical connections and Radio Frequency equipment using laptop applications and fiber connection tests.
Responsibilities
- Scan and process returned products for repair.
- Complete basic product teardown and reassembly.
- Enter product information into the computer system accurately.
- Clean and repackage products as needed.
- Utilize Visual Aides for task completion.
- Test basic electrical connections (AC/DC plug ins, flipping breakers).
- Conduct Radio Frequency equipment tests using laptop applications.
- Perform fiber connection tests.
- Proficient computer skills for documentation.
- Experience using hand tools, mainly screwdrivers.
- Strong attention to detail for visual inspections.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on feet continuously.
- Troubleshooting skills in electronics.
- General production and labor experience.
- Comfortable with visual inspection processes.

Work Environment
The work environment includes two shift options: First Shift L2 from 6am-2:30pm, Monday to Friday, and Second Shift L2 from 2:30pm-1am, Tuesday to Friday. Enjoy a supportive atmosphere with opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Granite City, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25/hr.
