A full-service architectural firm located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago is looking to add a Project Architect to their team!
Job Description:
- Manage a team of 3-4 architects
- Attend client meetings
- Manage budgets, scopes of work, and timelines
- Coordinate with consultants, owners, engineers, and municipal officials
- Run with projects from start to finish
- Oversee production of construction documents
- Travel to local sites (national if desired)
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Master's Degree in Architecture
- 7+ years of experience
- AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup proficiency, Revit is a plus
- Licensure is preferred
- Ability to manage a team of junior architects
- Commercial project experience preferred
- Experience running with projects from start to finish
Compensation:$110000
