Description
A fast-paced position where you are supporting the sales team with entering orders and providing status updates through professional daily communication with external and internal customer in order to solve their challenges.
Responsibilities:
The employee will perform these functions while maintaining a high standard of quality and quantity. The duties will include but not be limited to the following:
❖ Timely response to all Email inquiries.
❖ Must continuously maintain the highest degree of customer service throughput, quality, waste reduction and people productivity.
❖ Assist customers with orders, expediting and questions
❖ Maintain current pricing information.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Skills & Qualifications
-HS Diploma/GED
-2+ years of customer service/order entry from C&IP industry
-Microsoft Office Suite, Excel Experience
-ERP/CRM system experience
Nice Haves:
-Salesforce.com
-Understanding of manufacturing concepts, technical documentation and engineering drawings.
