Overview

Second shift: 2PM-1030PM

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Distribution Associates to join our fast-growing team. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely and accurate processing and shipment of products to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process and audit customer orders.
• Customize products to meet specific customer requirements.
• Efficiently pack items for shipment.
• Ensure prompt shipment to designated customer locations.
• Inspect products to verify they meet quality and specification standards.
• Collect, sort, and compact cardboard and other packaging waste.
• Count and sort parts with precision.

Essential Skills

• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in packing, picking, and shipping processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Familiarity with receiving, labeling, and counting inventory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milan, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
