Job Title: Graphic Arts Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a Graphic Arts Specialist with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or Graphic Arts (preferred) to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for candidates with 0-3 years of experience in Graphic Arts. The successful candidate will create and modify graphic designs for printed tiles using specialized software, ensuring that designs meet client specifications and quality standards. Additionally, you will inspect printed tiles for defects and ensure all products meet standards before shipment. This role involves close collaboration with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless integration of graphic designs into the production process.

Hard Skills

• Experience with computerized graphic design software
• Ability to work with various file formats – JPEG, Adobe Illustrator, Revit, CAD

Work Environment

The role is based in the R&D / Innovation Center where products are tested. This is not a manufacturing facility. The work environment is evenly split between office work (reviewing and ensuring graphic files are correctly formatted) and material inspection in a research and development lab and production setting.
