Packing Associate - Saint Charles, IL

Overview:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Packing Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, packing, and labeling products for shipment to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met. There are 1st shifts and 2nd shifts available. Responsibilities:

• Pack products according to company guidelines and customer specifications
• Inspect items for quality and report any defects
• Label and organize packages for shipping
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• No prior experience required—training is provided
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow

Available Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $16.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | $17.50/hr

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50/hr.
