Candidate will achieve assigned service revenue and capture rate goals. Develop and process service quotations, contracts and negotiations. Provide back up for service contract sales representative. Evaluate equipment reports to determine systems with expiring warranties and contract renewals. Manage teams and conditions negotiations for service contract customers. Manage SAP contract submissions. Cross-functional collaboration and information sharing to achieve financial goals.

Monitor and manage service contract expirations in order to improve customer satisfaction and retain profitable business

• Routinely interacts with Sales, Service Teams and customers to review upcoming service contract renewal and secure revenue for the organization

• Owns execution of service renewal business in the assigned account

• Coordinates activities with the field sales and service teams as appropriate.

• Negotiate renewal price when required in order to renew the contract

• Service Contract Development

• Maintain Service Tracker with the latest updates and pricing for projecting service revenue

• Maintains courteous and respectful working relationship with all customer, sales, service partners and teammates throughout Core Dx

• Follow all regulatory policies and procedures, privacy and security standards in accordance with all regulatory and Government agencies to include HIPAA requirements

• Strictly adheres to Abbott Standards of Conduct

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree highly preferred. High School education or equivalent required. Candidates will possess 3-5yrs of relevant experience.

Minimum 3 years of sales

• Familiarity with the sales process and proven success in a sales environment including lead follow-through, quoting, closing, and excellent customer support

• Strong understanding of contracting, pricing and ability to articulate subject matter knowledge

• Prior sales or direct customer support experience

• Goal and results oriented

• The ability to apply knowledge of business practices, methodologies, and/or principles in the execution of short-term deliverables and sales results. Ability to conduct independent research and data mining

• Experience and ability to build and maintain cross-departmental, multi-functional and collaborative relationships

• Detail oriented

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Human relations skills

• Knowledge and experience MS Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point) required.
