Gonnella Foods is a family owned company with multiple locations in the western suburbs. The plant in Aurora produces all of it's baked goods. Supervising, training and coaching maintenance mechanics. Directing, coordinating activities to ensure efficient plant operations with minimum downtime. Also responsible for maintaining, repairing and installing existing and new equipment in an orderly and cost conscious manner. Minimum five ears experiences and hands on Maintenance Supervisor is required. Strong understanding and knowledge of LC ladder logic, wiring schematics, strong mechanical, pneumatic, electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Knowledge in GMP, OSHA, PPE regulations. Computer literate with Microsoft Office and CMMS software. Organizations skills, including written and verbal communication. Oversee 4-5 Maintenance Technicians Report and communicate with Maintenance Manager Proficient in instillation of electrical controls using schematic drawings PS ladder logic, ability to wire and strong mechanical, pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting Proficient in use of electrical testing equipment, multimeters, am=probe, meager 1 on 2nd (2:00pm-10:30pm) 1 on 3rd (10:00pm-6:30am) $34-$40 an hour OR (70K-80K) PLUS $215 for every 6th & 7th day worked in a week. (example-if you work 6 days in a week you get $215 added to your check, if you work 7 days you get $430 added to your check) *Candidates need to be able to work all seven days of the week and on holidays. This will be either a CTH Days: Candidates will work 6 days a week, but they must be open to working any day because they won't know which days they have off until the week prior. **Gonnella does NOT get holidays off. Responsibilities: -Performing maintenance on conveyors, burners, ovens, packaging equipment, electrical panels, etc. -Building maintenance when needed -Working with three-phase motors up to 480V -Daily PMs on all production machinery -Working with management to keep accurate parts inventory -Troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs -60% mechanical, 40% electrical Top Three Skills: 1.) Reliability/Flexibility 2.) Mechanical Aptitude 3.) Electrical Troubleshooting Best vs Average: The best candidates come from GMP environments, and have 3-5 years of recent maintenance experience. They are mechanically inclined and very reliable.
