HIRING IMMEDIATELY FOR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

MUST HAVE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE EXPERIENCE


Description:

ROADSIDE CALL CENTER

-Monitoring real time performance

-Taking action when things are not operating as expected, via email and phone

-Try to assist customers and intervene with resolutions before it becomes an issue

-Assist in finding any errors and mistakes – they will call providers and tow trucks and drivers, ensure the driver is taken care of

-Handle incoming phone calls (30) and emails, Make some outbound calls to follow up with customers
