Customer Service Phone Agent.
Taking 50-60 inbound calls from a queue. Calls about balance transfers, online banking, card services, alert systems, approving charges, and lock outs.
Answering phone calls in a professional manner.
Answering Emails in a timely and professional manner..
Is in person with Covid protocols in place.
Handling customer issues and questions with a professional attitude.
This is a Second Shift position and includes rotating Saturday and Sundays.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-1 year Customer Service experience
-Typing Test (35 WPM) -1 year computer experience
Nice to Haves:
-Banking or Financial experience
-Debit and Credit knowledge
-Office CSR or Call Center experience
Typing Test will be done at the in person interview
