About the Project:

• Global Domain Migration (tenant to tenant)

• 4 Big migration weekends with support to follow Mondays – Fridays (schedule below)

• Our resources will do 1st tier support, no current customer-based HD

o Looking for people who have done post-migration support for a domain (tenant to tenant) migration.

• Note: Project runs on EST time zone. 1st shift would likely start on Sunday night into Monday AM.

Support schedule needed:

06/21 to 06/25 – 1 Full Week (8 hr shifts M-F)

Post-Migration support for 650 users

• 11.00 pm - 7.00 am

• 7.00 am - 3.00 pm

• 3.00 pm - 11.00 pm

07/12 to 07/23 – 1 Full Week (4 hr shifts M-F)

Post-Migration support for 380 users

• 8.00 am - 12.00 pm

07/19 to 07/23 - 1 Full Week (8 hr shifts M-F)

Post-Migration support people

• 11.00 pm - 7.00 am

• 7.00 am - 3.00 pm

08/02 to 08/20 – 3 Consecutive Weeks (8 hr shifts M-F)

Post-Migration support people

• 11.00 pm - 7.00 am

• 7.00 am - 3.00 pm

• 3.00 pm - 11.00 pm
