Description:

The main responsibility of this role will be space planning and placing kiosks throughout various restaurants. You will work under a project manager and use multiple internal systems to document/track work. Each location is a new project that will require new decisions.


A typical day:

  • Going project by project using Smartsheet to track progress
  • Will need to identify who is owning the project (global team, internal location mangers, Project Managers, etc.)
  • Determine based on store size how many kiosks are needed
  • Articulate where they go in the store (placing them on the drawings per company's standards)
  • Justify placement and space planning (based on the company's criteria not your own).



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Architecture, Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • 1+ years of experience in US
  • MUST be immediately local- in office/hybrid opportunity
  • Bluebeam experience is a plus
  • Experience producing construction documents/elevations/sections/details
  • Experience with site planning is a plus
  • Experience with marking up and redlining
  • Commercial/retail/restaurant experience is a plus
  • Desire to work on the client/owner side
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • MUST be well spoken and outgoing
