  • Strong communication with customers via phone and email
  • Strong internal communication with account executives and account managers that they support
  • Utilize Excel on a daily basis
  • Manage high volume of daily tasks
  • Query, download, manipulate and interpret reporting files and multiple spreadsheets
  • Identify and correct errors and/or issues with tasks or processes
  • Ensure prompt handling of required tasks
  • Keep confidential all information received


  • 6+ months of Customer service experience (retail or office)
  • Good excel skills, deal with lots of data (intermediate) Should score 70% or higher one excel test
  • College degree – Associates or Bachelors
  • Strong communication skills


  • Bachelors Degree
  • Fleet industry experience
