Description:
-Answering 40-50 calls . Provide customer service and troubleshooting products with end user.
-Answering customer question via online chat feature
-Uses critical thinking skills to assess and offer solutions (problem solving); improving processes to enhance efficiencies and the customer experience
-Adheres to all HIPAA compliance by appropriately collecting and maintaining customer records
-Builds trust and sustains business relationships with both internal and external customers
-Professionally delivers quality calls
-Follows all procedures while processing transactions to ensure consistency, accuracy and quality of calls
-Takes prompt action to accomplish objectives and acts on opportunities
-Complies with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
-Follows all Company rules and regulations, including health and safety rules
-Need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Must Have:
-HS Diploma
-1 year CS experience (could be office or retail)
