-Processing paperwork for orders

-Working with vendors

-Transferring inventory from one location to another

-Handling customer

-End customer: Selling to engineers, consumers, and defense

-Small sale: consumer comes into the office to buy small items. Under 5K

-Large sale: could be large order for 35K or higher or large equipment rental.

-Assisting with daily sales transactions including coordinating/documenting fulfillment of inside/outside sales.

-Conducting customer service activities such as responding to customer inquiries, passing sales leads to appropriate sales reps, and following up on customer requests. Customer service will be provided by telephone communications, email and other computer communications and written documents as well as greeting and providing service to walk in customers.

-Handling inventory transactions including stocking, storage, documentation, and monitoring on-hand count accuracy.

-Gathering items for distribution, processing materials per sales order requirements, packaging, shipping, and receiving business items and inventory.

-Administrative duties which include generating customer orders within our ERP system.

-Assisting with configuring, charging and minor assembly of surveying products pre-sale.
