Description:

The Disbursements Associate is responsible for disbursements from SAP and running and analyzing reports from SAP:

o Timely and accurate preparation of cash forecast to Treasury

o Initiate ACH, check and wire payments for US, Canada and Mexico

o Handle payment inquiries, payment traces, voids/stop payment orders and reissue requests

o Interacts with Corporate Accounting to resolve Bank reconciling items

o Resolve monthly bank reconciliation issues.

o Communicate with internal/external customers to resolve discrepancies

o Monitor department mailboxes and respond as necessary

o Provide back up to Vendor Setup and Vendor Scanning roles in the department
