Pay: $18.50-23.00/hr depending on shift and skill level
Production MIG Welding position
Mostly Fixture welding
Mostly Flat welding in fixtures however welders will need to be able to perform overhead welds and horizontal welding at times
Employees will perform their own grinding on the parts
Read prints and follow welding process
Some of the parts are larger tanks and will require using scissor lifts, hoists, and overhead cranes to move
Need to be open to working OT or just working 40 hours during the training period
Saturdays are a scheduled work day when needed and the welder needs to be open to this as it is not optional and Sundays are voluntary
Additional Skills and Qualifications
MIG Welding Experience
Ability to read Blueprints
At least 6 months of prior experience working as a production welder in a manufacturing facility
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to operate an overhead crane/hoist to move material to and from work station
