Fulfillment Planner

Job Description:

• Perform daily and weekly planning activities to manage the sales order creation process.

• Work with supply, operations, sales and marketing teams on inventory strategy plans.

• Maintain analytical support and recommendations on promotions distribution recommendations.

• Collaborate with customer on regular basis to meet inventory and in-stock goals.

• Determine appropriate inventory allocation when presented with supply shortage

• Effectively communicate goals, status changes and other information on a regular basis.

• Analyze and troubleshoot supply/demand related issues efficiently and accurately.

• Develop routine and ad-hoc related reports for management.

• Run simulations on various weeks of supply, safety stock and minimum presentation logic.

• Work with Team Lead to insure supply is in sync with the overall inventory plan.

• Maintain all required parameters in Blue Yonder software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Planning and Replenishment Supply Chain Systems

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to think creatively, including knowledge of databases, SQL and query writing.

• Proficient with MS Office tools, including Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment; ability to work as a team or alone
