Description:
-Answer inbound calls from customers (5 to 10 calls an hour)
-Transfer calls to correct support representative as appropriate
-Create a case within salesforce.com for each customer calling in or emailing
-Answer emails from customers and create a case for each email
-Determine which department and support team would be best for customers question
-Help with other customer service tasks as needed
