Customer Service Representative- Hybrid (At Home And In Office)

Will have the opportunity to work from home on some days!
will be taking a majority inbound calls and setting them up for services
• 20 calls/day = slow season
-up to 100 calls/day during busy season
-calls = service calls or sales calls
-perform outbound calls to verify payment or follow up on leads
• People are very receptive, just calling to confirm pricing and tell them about options, and potentially set a date for service
• They will NOT be cold calling customers, but will be upselling when the opportunity presents itself.
• Does get very busy at time, need to be able to multitask (ie. finishing up sales, checking voicemails on calls missed)
• Candidates will be using multiple computer screens there must be comfortable using computers
