Description:
• Handles the recruitment process including job postings, scheduling interviews, assists with check process, and new hire on boarding process.
• Maintains employee personnel files.
• Responsible for administering employees with company health benefits, and with any other HR inquiries within the benefits area.
• Assists with special projects, handbooks, training, update internal HR processes and forms.
• Assists VP, HR with the preparation of the annual Affirmative Action Program for the Orange location.
• Responsible for bi-weekly payroll preparation and inputting of data into ADP WFN and eTIME. Payroll will be transmitted by the corporate office in So Cal.
• Coaches, counsels and guides managers/supervisors before executing employee disciplinary actions.
• Manages and tracks all employee disciplinary action.
• Handles and processes employee terminations and exit interview process.
• Liaison between employees and HR/Corporate Payroll Department.
• Reports, maintains and monitors all workers’ comp case files, follows-up on open claims to closure.
• Updates and maintains employee training records.
