Principal Accountabilities

• Responsible for the microbiological and allergen monitoring programs.

• Execution of microbiology sampling protocols and allergen management programs.

• Generate Certificates of Analysis to meet all customer requirements in a timely and precise manner.

• Tracking, trending of data and reacting to results as applicable.

• Maintenance of all scientific support used to supplement the food safety and quality systems.

• Investigation and root cause analysis to include problem solving activities with other departments within the organization as appropriate.

Top Skills Details:

  • Bachelors Degree in the Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Food Science, etc.)
  • 0-3 years of industry experience
  • Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with HACCP, SQF, BRC, GFSI is a plus
