Step up and lead the charge. TEKsystems is hiring a Lead Structured Cabling Technician to oversee a crew of 3–5 helpers on a major industrial project in Clarksville, TN. This is a high-visibility role with a TEKsystems client that’s driving large-scale infrastructure builds across the greater Nashville area.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the go-to lead on-site, responsible for:

• Running and installing low-voltage cabling (Cat6) in a new, large-scale manufacturing facility.
• Directing and mentoring a team of 3–5 helpers to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Navigating a congested, multi-trade environment with confidence and control.
• Keeping your crew focused, productive, and aligned with project goals—without constant supervision.

💼 What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a true leader who:

• Has extensive experience in large commercial or industrial construction (not just tenant buildouts).
• Has successfully led helpers or small crews on complex job sites.
• Is dependable, shows up every day, and sets the tone for the team.
• Comes with strong managerial references that validate leadership, reliability, and technical skill.
