Job Description

Join a dynamic team in the food and beverage industry, focusing on the maintenance of high-performance extrusion and forming machines. The role involves supporting all maintenance activities for manufacturing operations and facilities, ensuring efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Support all maintenance activities for manufacturing operations and facilities.
• Perform both reactive and preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Work on Extrusion Machines, Forming Machines, and Palletizers.
• Conduct facilities maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems.

Essential Skills

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in electrical systems, including sensors, relays, conduit, wiring, and electrical boxes.
• Mechanical experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gear boxes, and motors.
• Preventative maintenance skills, including lubrication, changing oils, and bearings.
• Possession of steel-toe shoes and own tooling (basic hand and power tools).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs and robotics is advantageous.
• Experience in the plastics industry is beneficial.

Work Environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Wayne, IN.

The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $62400.00/yr.
