Job Title: Sourcing Manager

Job Description

Serves as the commercial leader for assigned commodities or sourcing categories, driving cross-functional team members to create sourcing strategies that enhance value. This role involves developing formal supply agreements to manage the commercial relationship and performance of suppliers, serving as the primary liaison to the supply base. The Sourcing Manager coordinates supplier evaluations, audits, and business reviews aimed at continuous improvement and value creation. Additionally, this role supports new product development, manages RFQ’s, competitive bids, and benchmarking to ensure competitive material costs, and negotiates supplier agreements focusing on value and risk mitigation.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Madison, Indiana and some days remote.

Work Environment
