Associate Trading Analyst

We are searching for an Associate Trading Analyst on behalf of our client. This is a 5-month contract assignment. This position is responsible for supporting structured transactions in the energy marketing group through monitoring and verification of trades. In addition, Individual in this role will monitor and report on daily activity, Profit and Loss, and pricing information along with excel/Power BI based report development.

Location: Juno Beach, FL.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Enter trades into SOX Application and executes the end-of-day recaps and reports.
• Verify Positions, monitors daily Value at Risk and other risk related measures.
• Reconcile broker and other external statements associated with transaction.
• Need to provide management with daily Profit and Loss and pricing information.
• Need to handle Electronic Funds Sources and other clearing transactions.
• Support the development and execution as need for the trade capture platform in close collaboration with IT Team.
• Ad-hoc reports development using SQL & Power BI
• Excel based ad-hoc reports development and automate them using macro as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year related experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree a plus.
