Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct efforts to maintain plant equipment and enhance safety, reliability and operability
  • Responsibile for identifying work scope and material needs, scheduling work
  • Communicates job status and cost regularly to stakeholders.
  • Manages maintenance work processes and trains others in their use.
  • Manages work to minimize cost and maximize safety and productivity.
  • Conducts other duties as assigned to ensure the overall success of the Biorefinery and FPF
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
  • High School / Equivalent
  • 5 years experience
  • General knowledge of maintenance and operational field work practices, equipment utilization and work component scheduling.
  • Skilled in problem solving and attention to detail.
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting manuals, technical instructions and drawings, with an ability to accurately prepare brief written reports.
  • Skilled in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work to meet deadlines.
  • Skilled in use of personal computer and Microsoft software (W10, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work effectively with management and co-workers and to make effective decisions.
  • Familiarity with OSHA requirements and industry safety practices.
