They make various in ground pools: is looking for two multi-craft maintenance technicians on 1st shift. This person will report to the Maintenance Manager Matt Zimmerman and lead on shift. They are looking for someone with electrical troubleshooting experience up to 480V 3-phase. These individuals will be responsible for repairing/troubleshooting and performing PM's on plant wide equipment such as CNC machines, press machines, conveyors, sewing machines, and CMM machines.
Mechanically they will need to troubleshoot sprockets for conveyors and hydraulic and pneumatic valves and presses.
Electrically they will need to troubleshoot some electric drives and change on conveyor sensors. They also need to be able to troubleshoot 3 Phase motors, controls and read blueprints and electrical schematics.
The majority of maintenance is reactive right now but they are working to implement a more structured PM system.
-2 years Industrial maintenance experience
-Able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues (hydraulics and pneumatics)
-Able to troubleshooting, diagnose, and repair electrical issues ( 480V, 3 Phase motors, and controls)
-Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
Would Be Nice:
-Experience troubleshooting CNC machines
-Any PLC experience
